• Suggestions on use, pairings and sometimes recipes.
• When we get ahold of rare cheeses, you will be the first to know!
• We sometimes get opportunities for rare cheese accompaniments, which will be included in the top tier packages. For example, your package may include fine Spanish anchovies, or a 2oz of Pear Ginger Chutney, or Medjool Dates, Crisp crackers, and fine chocolates to name a few. 
• A warm Gruyere for nights by the fireplace or Manouri to top up salads in the summer. Grace your cheese boards with a Gruyere by the fire or top your salads and tocos with fresh Manouri or Feta cheeses.
